A Little About Marty

Born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana, Marty had the opportunity to experience diverse living environments, including Miami/Fort Lauderdale and Maryland. He relocated to Knoxville in 2021 to be closer to loved ones, and has already become an active member of this vibrant community.

His project management background, honed through a Masters Certification from George Washington University, equips him with the organizational and problem-solving skills essential for navigating the complexities of the real estate market. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s finding their dream home or successfully selling their property.

When he is not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, and volunteering his time and money with the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore Organization to give back to the Knoxville community.

Marty helped us find our forever home in Corryton Tennessee with ease. My partner and I were meeting in the middle so to speak with him moving from Texas and myself from New York. A big and stressful move for us but Marty helped us endlessly along the way. With him going above and beyond (ie. him sending us video walk throughs of potential homes before we could even get to the area.) He was both communicative and resourceful. He also helped us save over 50k on closing costs (definitely makes him a great negotiator!) Even after closing he checked in on us and a few of the home problems we discovered during inspection and gave us numbers to companies to help with those repairs. In short? Marty recently helped us buy a piece of property. We were really picky, but Marty stuck with us and eventually did find a piece of property that we were 100% satisfied with. He was amazing throughout the process. He answered our numerous questions and put us together with a general contractor who could answer the ones he couldn’t. He also did an amazing job helping negotiate the price down. In fact, he saved us $12,000, which was almost 20% off the asking price. I would recommend Marty to anybody buying property! He definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

Marty is a very personable person easy to speak with and trust. Our previous experience with RE agents was very unpleasant and left us with a negative opinion of all agents.
